The modifications brought to the plant of the 5m3 anaerobic digester deal with all those kinds of improving in matter of recording data and analysis. Those modifications are: the insulation of the digester and of the pipes which link it to the recirculation system; the substitution and the variation of a thermocouple on the recirculation pipe placement, in order to record the right temperature value to the heating exit; the installation of two metering pumps for the reagents used in the treating process of the digester’s charging sludges; the improvement brought to the flow device for the registration of the biogas volume which is produced daily by the digestion of the sludges inside the digester; the reinforcement brought to the digester’s top for a better resistance to the pressure developed in the inside.
